A Harvard University study testing if exercise improved health because of how we think about it found that in 4 weeks participants who were told their work as hotel room attendants was "good exercise" and matched "recommendations for an active lifestyle" had a DECREASE IN WEIGHT, BLOOD PRESSURE, BODY FAT, WAIST-TO-HIP RATIO, and BODY MASS INDEX.
